Our debut collection, Leonora was created in San José de gracia, a small town in Michoacán, Mexico renowned for its ‘barro vidriado’ tradition—a centuries-old method of glazed clay work.

Each piece in Leonora is made entirely by hand—no molds, no machinery, no shortcuts. every curve and contour is shaped over days of focused work, then fired in a traditional wood-burning kiln that relies on instinct, not technology. these works carry more than skill—they hold the stories and traditions of the Purépecha people, an indigenous community native to the highlands of Michoacán. their cultural legacy lives on in the materials, forms, and techniques: an unbroken thread of memory and meaning. our collection becomes a bridge—connecting past and present, Mexico and New York. behind every form is a lineage; behind every detail, a story.
